The retreat content of exoteric and esoteric yoga along with the teachings from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Satyananda Yoga Publications: Drishti Series, Practical Yoga Psychology will support the discussions, study, applied knowledge, selfawareness and self-understanding in ashram life.

Twice daily group sessions include discussion on the daily mindfulness subjects to be applied throughout the day whilst fully engaging in the activities of Karma Yoga in the ashram yoga lifestyle.

The dynamic and focused traditional ashram life, offers regularity of practices and elegant simplicity in achieving the goals for self-transformation.

Head – focused attention, heart – openness & acceptance and hands – creative action shape the involvement of ashram life. The practice of Swadhyaya self-observation and mindfulness in action leads to self-discovery and cultivating awareness of real values, honesty and a clear direction for leading a joyful and fulfilling experience at each stage of one’s life.

Retreat Summary:

The Ashram is a place to develop physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually with self-confidence, self-discipline and community living. The dynamic daily ashram lifestyle based on participation – karma yoga provides a platform for self-observation and the opportunity for self-transformation by developing noble thoughts, impressions and noble actions.
