The hatha yoga cleansing practices are simple in nature but profound in their effect. Hatha yoga traditionally, begins with the shatkarmas, a group of cleansing practices which help to purify and detoxify the body and internal systems. With this detoxification of the body, the internal systems are regulated, helping to manage the body/mind imbalances.

The 5 night retreat combining practices with daily Yogic Philosophy discussion sessions and natural rhythms and the stability of the Ashram environment bring about a profound effect of change in vitality, clarity of mind and general wellbeing.

Please accept my thanks once again for your care, guidance and support as I participated in the week of cleansing and reflection. I have come home with a renewed peace and purpose and I look forward to maintaining more balance in my life as I align to the principles of yoga.
