Yoga Ashram

Yoga & Ashram Life comments

What attracted you to the course?

  • The idea of full participation in ashram life.  Having the opportunity to form healthier habits.
  • Build self - esteem.
  • Non-judgemental community and supportive lifestyle.
  • Creative disciplined lifestyle.
  • Overcome depression/anxiety with lifestyle, yoga practices and karma yoga.

What was most beneficial about the course?

You gave a home to myself and many more, to restore, to ensure, to see life in pure awe.
The skills we must grow in order to live free, all I found here and the space to just be.
I am forever grateful of all souls involved, your endless service and compassion is a mould you uphold.
Every new day greeted with beautiful faces, friendly smiles and grace are the usual cases.
At times we can feel restricted and that we don’t have a chance.  The ashram is a place where I learned we can dance.
From the days that I dread, through the darkness I tread, now I feel I can fly through the vastness wings spread.
From the ancient teachings to the now and up keepings, I feel gratitude in heaps.  I bow and trust deeply.
Now the weight of the world feels lighter and the days shine much brighter.
Thank you, Rocklyn Ashram, for being my inspirer.  Antony – 6 month of Yoga & Ashram Life
