About This Course
Mantra is one of humanity’s oldest and most refined technologies for self-transformation. Long before psychology coined terms like neuroplasticity, somatic regulation, or subconscious reconditioning, yogis and tantrics already understood that the mind could be reshaped, healed, and strengthened through primal sound vibration.
Over two full days, theory and practice alternate throughout. No session is purely conceptual. You will leave with a working personal practice and a framework for understanding why mantra does what it does.
The course covers the yoga psychology map of the four organs of mind, the three primordial forces that shape every thought and mood, the science of how sound reshapes the psyche, and the application of mantra in yoga therapy and mental health contexts. It is a rare opportunity to receive these teachings live, with direct guidance on practice and the space to ask the questions that matter to you.
Whether you are a curious beginner, an experienced practitioner, a yoga teacher, or a therapist, this weekend offers the conceptual depth and practical grounding to begin — or fundamentally deepen — a mantra practice that genuinely transforms.

Quote: A mantra is not a word. It is a vibrational force — a living medicine for the mind.
